Light the Legacy Revitalizes Honoring Choices Minnesota

Effective September 1, 2022, Advocates for Better Health passed the torch for statewide advance care planning leadership to Light the Legacy, a non-profit devoted to advance care planning since 2009. Honoring Choices Minnesota was ABH’s advance care planning initiative from 2008-2021.
